Manifest Your Dreams

Have you ever felt like you hit a wall in your life and didn’t know what to do? I was at that wall for years about my fertility. For me it was a pregnancy wall that I could not figure out what was wrong with my body or me or him, that I was literally breaking down every other day because no one had answers.

I finally found manifestation and my daughter turns 1 today. So I hope to inspire you to manifest your dreams.

Manifesting your dreams means setting intentions, cultivating mindful awareness and taking action. Just by focusing your energy and attention on bringing your dreams into reality it can lead you to a more fulfilled life.

Back in our hometown Toledo, OH there was nothing like yoga on the bluff or a community of people who meditated. Well at least not in my circle and definitely not my family as we grew up in church and if you deterred from that you were the “devil” persay. That’s another story in itself, but to give you a little back story of where we came from religiously meditation wasn’t apart of that. I didn’t really get into yoga until moving to LA in 2019 then within a month moved to Long Beach and stumbled on yoga on the bluff. It taught me to take some time alone and write out my goals. To set my intention and allow myself time to heal from all of that negative self talk. Manifesting awareness and loving my body within my yoga practice.

Once I believed that it was in me to heal, I started the practice of mindfulness. This is where I put intentions into action. Mindfulness helps to pay attention to the present moment, which is essential when striving for a dream. I started focusing on being aware of my thoughts, feelings, and emotions to gain clarity.

Once I was able to achieve mindfulness, I needed to take action in order to make progress towards your dream. This began by making an intention to practice yoga, repeating affirmations and manifesting what I wanted like I already had it. By manifesting it gave me good energy to move forward like it has already happened. Taking action could be small or big but it should be an active move in the right direction.

Focus on keeping a positive attitude, that

hometown it’s a bunch of negative

and it was hard to manifest and

live above

that.

Trust me, having a positive mindset will make it easier for you to manifest your dreams. Everything starts with a thought, so fill your mind with positive thoughts and affirmations about what you can do. Believing in yourself is being mindful and being mindful is believing in yourself.

When you start manifesting your dreams, trust it has already happened with the work you’re putting in to make it happen. With patience and dedication, you can nourish yourself and create a powerful vibration of energy within yourself to bring your dreams into reality.
